The after school programme runs during the school term (excluding half-term) from Monday, January 5 → Friday, February 27.

After you've inputted your child's age, select the sessions you want them to attend.

Important Information

Programme length is 7 sessions: this is over eight weeks, but with no session during the February half-term week.

Membership discount: If you’re a member at Our Lady of Muswell LTC, tick "Membership" checkbox below to activate members-only pricing. Non-members pay an additional £20 per child.

Multi-day discount: There's a 25% discount when a child attends 2 or more days.

Siblings discount: There's a 10% discount when you sign up siblings.

FAQ

What level is my child?

If your child is unable to hold a rally of 10 shots, then they should be considered a beginner. On the other hand, if they demonstrate a strong understanding of the game (technically as well as tactically) and can rally with consistent quality, they are an advanced player.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our goal is consistent and safe session delivery. Please note:


  • Weather-Related Cancellations:

    All sessions run unless conditions are extreme. Our textile carpet courts are weather-resilient and suitable for light rain, meaning cancellations are historically rare.


    Refunds are issued only for the 3rd cancellation due to weather, and any subsequent cancellations. This accounts for our fixed court booking fees, administrative costs and a lack of control over the weather.


  • Non-Weather Related Cancellations:

    If a session is canceled for any reason other than weather (e.g., coach illness, club issue), a full refund will be issued for that specific session.

    • Can I get a refund if I need to withdraw from the programme or cancel 1 or more sessions?

    A refund is only possible if you notify us and withdraw at least 1 week before the programme's scheduled start date.


    This is to ensure we have reasonable time to offer the spot to a replacement participant. Maintaining sufficient participant numbers is crucial for us to run the optimal, high-quality session format that benefits all players.
